CRAFTING

All products are handmade by me, Coree Casinger. It is common for print patterns to vary when multiples are made of one product. This is due to buying materials in bulk, and going through skeins of yarn, or cutting fabric at different places.

When an item requires crafting time, it will be posted in the description of the item. Crafting times will vary depending on the time of year, and current craft load.

SHIPPING

I ship items within 2-3 business days of orders being placed, and after any crafting time, if necessary. All delivery times are approximate. I have no control over shipping times, or delays in shipping due to carrier delays. If an item has not been received within the timeframe given when your order was placed, please contact me.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

I gladly accept returns within 14 days of receipt of item, in original packaging, and unused. I do not accept returns on items that were customized, unless an error was made during creation. Please contact me if you need to return an item. Return shipping is paid for by the customer, and all refunds will be refunded to the original payment method, less original shipping and handling fees.
